How long will the appointment last?
Each appointment lasts approximately 20 minutes. Please try and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
How long until results are available?
Results will take a couple of days to process with our laboratory. When you are screened with our nurse, you will arrange a suitable time to be contacted with your results. We will ensure your results are kept confidential and discreet at all times.
Payment
You will receive an invoice from your Consultant. In addition, you will be invoiced separately for your tests which must be settled on the day of your visit.
Parking
There is parking available on Harley Street that costs £3 per hour via the metre. Also parking at Regent’s Park, again at £3 per hour.

Insurance
You will be asked to settle invoices in full on day of appointment. If you do not have your policy or authorisation number with you, then you’ll be asked to settle the account before leaving.

We have current health and safety policies that are in place and were approved with the utmost excellence by The Health Care Commission in February 2007.
Children
132 Harley Street is a children friendly and safe environment. Young children are welcome, but we would like to point out that it is the responsibility of the parents to care for them whilst visiting the clinic.
Cleanliness
We are proud of our extremely clean environment and adhere to all current health and safety policies.
MRSA
There is no evidence of MRSA at 132 Harley Street.
Disabled Access
We have full disabled access.
Taxi services
There are many black cabs that drive along Marylebone Road and Harley Street which make it easy to hail one, or ask at out reception desk when leaving the clinic if needing a taxi.
